Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Store Associate in a retail framing environment in the United States.

You will follow SOPs, build customer relationships, and create Custom Framing solutions while delivering sales and production results. You will complete framing orders on time, maintain the frame department, assist with Omni channel processes, operate the cash register, and help customers find products.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company programs.
• Build relationships with customers and create Custom Framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders on time with high quality.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and stock areas.
• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in shopping.
