Job summary

Michaels is seeking a store team member at the S.ANT-ARBOR PARK location in TX. You will help customers shop, locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standard.

Responsibilities include stocking, truck unloading, BOPIS/SFS support, merchandise recovery, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store. Preferred experience includes retail or customer service familiarity.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni- channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Responsible for merchandise recovery and maintenance including returns and go-back
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; interact respectfully and be a role model
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
