Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Prosper, TX is seeking a part-time Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers, and manage checkout with accurate cash handling. You will assist with truck unloading, stocking, and framing-related sales to keep the store well-merchandised.

You'll engage customers in omnichannel processes (BOPIS/SFS) and educate them on the Rewards program. The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends in a climate-controlled public retail setting.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and operate the register.
• Stocking, merchandising and shelf replenishment.
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and help customers find products.
• Execute fast, accurate checkout with proper cash handling.
• Support truck unload, stocking, planograms and store recovery.
• Assist with BOPIS/SFS processes and omnichannel tasks as needed.
• Promote rewards program and educate customers on VOC survey.
• Participate in shrink, safety programs and SOP adherence.
