Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop and locate products.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining planograms to keep shelves in stock.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and private label credit cards and enroll them when appropriate.
• Support omni-channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Adhere to SOPs, safety programs, and company policies; cross-train in framing selling/production where needed.
