Job summary

ScanScape is seeking part-time Retail Scan Associates to collect in-store data at designated retailers weekly throughout the year. You will use a mobile app to scan product barcodes across grocery, drug, and mass merchandise stores, supporting major retailers and independent outlets.

Flexible hours and a referral program are offered, with ongoing activity and the potential for consistent part-time work. Training and AI-assisted screening may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Able to stand for long periods and access products throughout the store.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and reach up to 6 feet.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-store data collections at assigned local retailers every week for 52 weeks a year.
• Use a mobile app to scan barcodes in various store locations.
• Provide quantity data for about 45% of scanned products when requested.
• Report to store within the described deadlines and maintain data quality for clients.
