Job summary

ScanScape is seeking part-time Retail Scan Associates to perform in-store data collections at assigned local retailers every week for 52 weeks a year, including holiday weeks. The role uses a downloadable app on a mobile phone to scan barcodes in various locations across grocery, mass merchandisers, and specialty stores.

The base hours are 3–5 hours per week per store, with additional hours often added for special projects throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure standing for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Access to reliable Wi‑Fi and tech familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-store data collections at assigned local retailers each week.
• Use a downloadable mobile app to scan barcodes throughout the store.
• Complete display scanning and provide product quantities as required.
• Adhere to weekly deadlines and work with independence and dependability.
