NAVY EXCHANGE SERVICE COMMAND (NEXCOM) on Whidbey Island is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to be the welcoming face of our team. Learn our products and help customers understand their needs while representing our brand values.

As a Sales Associate you will handle POS transactions, merchandising, and light inventory tasks. Excellent customer service, communication, and basic math are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math skills for handling cash.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and help them find products.
• Operate the POS system and handle cash, gift cards and payments.
• Maintain store appearance and organize merchandise.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries.
• Support inventory and restock as needed.
• Work a variety of hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
