Job summary

NAVY EXCHANGE SERVICE COMMAND (NEXCOM) in Annapolis, MD, seeks a part-time Sales Associate to greet customers, explain products, and guide shoppers with a friendly, educational approach. You will learn store offerings and articulate our purpose professionally to enhance the customer experience.

You will perform POS transactions, upsell based on needs, and maintain a well-organized store while supporting inventory processes and daily reporting. Prior retail is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process cash exchanges, discounts, gift cards, and card payments with accuracy.
• Maintain store appearance and inventory accuracy.
• Complete various forms of paperwork, reports, and reconciliations.
