Job summary

Go! Retail Group is seeking a Sales Associate for a part-time role in a calendar and toy retail environment. You will greet customers, process purchases at the POS, and promote promotions while delivering friendly service. The position requires flexibility for weekends and evenings with up to 20 hours per week.

No prior retail experience is mandatory, but helpful; strong communication and a proactive attitude are valued in this role.

Qualifications

• No retail experience is required, but at least 3 months of retail experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication and friendly demeanor are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle basic math.
• Familiarity with POS systems and in-store merchandising is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer when they walk through the entry.
• Operate the Point of Sale system accurately and process purchases.
• Provide excellent service by utilizing calendars.com, email marketing, and in-store special orders.
• Maintain store appearance and assist with shipments and promotions.
