Job summary

Go! Retail Group is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to join our store team. Located in the United States, the role focuses on greeting customers, processing purchases, and delivering friendly service while promoting promotions and using the POS.

No prior retail experience is required, though a few months of retail experience helps. You will work up to 20 hours weekly with weekend and evening shifts, plus benefits like a 401K, employee discount, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• No retail experience is necessary, however at least 3 months of retail experience is a plus.
• Basic computer skills, POS system and Microsoft office.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer when they walk through the entry.
• Execute Five Steps to a Sale at every opportunity.
• Offer current promotions and special offers.
• Operate the Point of Sale system accurately.
• Provide comprehensive service by utilizing calendars.com, email marketing, and in-store special orders.
