Job summary

Go! Retail Group in the United States is seeking a Sales Associate for a part-time role in our store. You will greet customers, assist with purchases, and promote current promotions while delivering excellent service.

No retail experience is required, though a short stint in retail helps. You will operate the POS system, help maintain visual standards, and support inventory tasks in a fast-paced environment, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• No mandatory experience; 3 months retail experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication and friendly demeanor.
• Enthusiasm for being an impactful and innovative leader.
• Self-motivated, solution-oriented mindset.
• Attention to detail; high integrity and reliability.
• Experience with retail operations, sales, merchandising, and inventory control is a plus.
• Basic computer skills; POS system; Microsoft Office.
• Able to perform basic math; fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer at entry.
• Execute Five Steps to a Sale at every opportunity.
• Offer current promotions and special offers.
• Operate the Point of Sale system accurately.
• Provide service using calendars.com, email marketing, and in-store special orders.
• Maintain store environment per visual merchandising standards.
• Receive and place new shipments.
• Reset features and promotions as directed.
• Complete regular housekeeping tasks.
