Job summary

Go! Retail Group is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in a part-time role. You will greet customers, process transactions at the POS, and provide friendly, helpful service to drive sales across our calendar and toys categories.

This position supports weekends and evenings, up to 20 hours weekly, with opportunities to learn store operations and merchandising while delivering an engaging shopping experience. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is not required, but at least 3 months of retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Enthusiasm about being an impactful and innovative team member.
• Self-motivated with a solution-oriented mindset and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer when they walk through the entry.
• Execute Five Steps to a Sale at every opportunity.
• Offer current promotions and special offers.
• Operate the POS system accurately.
• Provide comprehensive service by utilizing calendars.com and in-store special orders.
