Job summary

Go! Retail Group is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to handle customer service, promotions, and sales activities in-store. This role supports a fast-paced retail environment and entails assisting customers, processing transactions, and coordinating with calendars.com and email marketing for promotions.

Hours are up to 20 per week with potential weekend and evening shifts. Prior retail experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, solution-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge in retail operations, sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention is a plus.
• Basic computer skills, POS system and Microsoft office.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer when they walk through the entry.
• Execute Five Steps to a Sale at every opportunity.
• Offer current promotions and special offers.
• Operate the Point of Sale system accurately.
• Provide comprehensive service by utilizing calendars.com, email marketing, and in-store special orders.
