Job summary

Go! Retail Group is seeking a Sales Associate for a part-time role in a retail environment. You will greet customers, execute sales steps, promote promotions, and operate the POS system with accuracy. You’ll also support in-store marketing efforts, process orders, and help maintain an inviting store environment.

The position requires 3 months of retail experience as a plus, with flexibility for weekends and evenings. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered in a friendly team setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer when they walk through the entry.
• Execute Five Steps to a Sale at every opportunity.
• Offer current promotions and special offers.
• Operate the Point of Sale system accurately.
• Provide comprehensive service by utilizing calendars.com, email marketing, and in-store special orders.
• Maintain a store environment that meets visual merchandising standards and engages customers.
• Receive and place new shipments; reset features and promotions as directed; perform regular housekeeping tasks.
