This role is part-time/seasonal, requiring weekend and holiday availability. Compensation ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities to grow within a values-driven retail team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong customer-service mindset; ability to greet customers and interact professionally with teammates.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical requirements: lift 4–8 lbs, move products up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, understand needs, and recommend products.
• Measure and fit customers, answer questions, and resolve concerns professionally.
