Job summary

FirstCash is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate in Dallas to help customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries. Earn an hourly wage from $10.00 to $14.00 plus unlimited commission and enjoy wage advances after day 2, employee discounts, and a supportive team environment.

The role emphasizes friendly customer service, safe handling of cash and merchandise, and accurate processing of sales and loan transactions within policy. Flexible shifts, including weekends, are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Firearms in FFL locations permitted with certification provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms and completing paperwork.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
