Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and enforcing SOPs and company programs.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain store leadership.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations for smooth transactions.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program and Drive omni-channel service (BOPIS/Delivery).
• Support departments in merchandising, events, and protecting assets.
