Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards and accountability for store conditions.
• Model customer-centric selling and ART of Selling to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage and maintain service standards.
• Oversee events and in-store programs, and enroll customers in the Loyalty Rewards Program.
