Job summary

Fabletics in Denver, CO is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead at Cherry Creek to guide a small team and deliver an exceptional shopping journey across online and retail channels. You will partner with the Store Manager to motivate associates, teach our Customer Experience Playbook, and ensure high standards of service.

The role calls for at least 1 year in retail, a passion for active lifestyles, strong communication, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience; supervisory experience a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, running.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with large teams.
• Comfort with ambiguity and initiative.
• Familiar with inventory and POS systems.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Represent Fabletics by delivering best-in-class customer experience.
• Explain fabrics, features, fit, and function to customers.
• Drive in-store and community engagement through events and promotions.
• Provide training and feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to motivate associates to hit targets.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager.
