Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of retail work experience.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle products and brand lines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support sales and operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Provide product knowledge on fabrics, fit, and function to customers.
• Train and coach associates on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Maintain store merchandising to ensure easy shopping and value.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals.
