Job summary

AT&T is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Consultant in Flower Mound, TX, to connect customers with the latest devices and services. You’ll use consultative sales, participate in community events and handle online orders while building meaningful customer relationships.

Expect a weekend/evening schedule (9am–9pm) with on-going coaching. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, and performance drives commission-based earnings.

• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us.
