Job summary

AT&T Fort Worth is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Consultant to help customers with the latest devices and services. You’ll use a consultative approach, build relationships and meet sales targets while earning uncapped commissions.

Work schedule 9am–9pm including weekends, with 20 hours weekly. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), tuition reimbursement and PTO. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus; training is provided to help you reach goals.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? we’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, guide customers through their options with a consultative sales approach.
• Be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 2-week advance schedules.
• Stay adaptable in a fast-paced environment to meet customer needs.
