Job summary

AT&T in San Leandro is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to guide customers with a consultative approach and help them choose from the latest devices and services. You will be on the sales floor, meet targets, and earn commissions.

This is a part-time role (20–24 hours/week) with a schedule 9am–9pm including weekends; relocation is not offered. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), vacation, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Company provides tools, training and coaching to help you meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers with a consultative sales approach and explain options.
• Filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule 9am–9pm, including weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules two weeks in advance.
• Meet sales targets and earn commissions.
