Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a part-time Sales Associate in Regency - Omaha, NE to connect with customers and drive sales. You’ll greet clients with energy, deliver product knowledge, and guide shoppers through the Lovesac experience, building lasting relationships and brand advocacy.

Responsibilities include executing the Lovesac selling process, achieving sales goals, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced, customer-first environment. Flexibility for peak times is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Able to work during weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to travel to local stores and meetings as needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy and optimism and actively sell while following the Lovesac selling process.
• Drive loyalty by building genuine connections and encouraging repeat business.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, identifying needs and delivering exceptional service.
