Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate in Omaha to connect with customers, demonstrate products, and deliver remarkable service on the selling floor. You’ll greet clients, explain features, close sales, and contribute to a friendly, fast-paced store environment.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, reliability, and a willingness to work weekends and holidays. 1 year of retail or customer service, comfort with technology/CRM, and ability to lift up to 75 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or customer service experience.
• Must be able to work during weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to use technology for selling, product demos, CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel to local stores/vendors as needed.
• Demonstrate integrity and good judgment managing transactions and data.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy, sell using Lovesac process, maintain personal quote pipeline, follow up to drive conversion.
• Build loyalty and brand advocacy through genuine connections; embrace change and new opportunities.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, uncover needs, and deliver exceptional service.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge, deliver engaging brand tours, and close sales confidently.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs with disciplined execution.
