MERS Missouri Goodwill Industries is seeking a Retail Processor for the Marion Store - Outer team. The role supports donations processing, pricing, stocking, and customer service to uphold our mission of Changing Lives Through the Power of Work.

The position requires strong communication, organized work habits, and basic math skills. Full-time, hourly, with benefits and a monthly bonus potential up to $250.

Qualifikationen

• No degree required. HS Diploma/GED preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers and management.
• Must be organized and able to interact with a diverse work population.
• Basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Aufgaben

• Handle donations with care and respect.
• Sort donated and purchased goods into categories (sales floor, seasonal, online, outlet, trash).
• Inspect goods to distinguish quality and determine suitable sales channels.
• Price items using AMI pricing software within guidelines.
• Maintain high quality and quantity standards while working quickly.
• Stock, straighten, rotate and clean the store area.
