Job summary

Michaels CANANDAIGUA, NY is seeking a team member to deliver friendly customer service and help shoppers locate products. You will ensure a fast checkout, process cash handling, and engage customers in the Michaels Rewards program.

Responsibilities include assisting with truck unload, stocking, and maintaining in-store merchandising, while supporting omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with store policies and customer assistance.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram duties.
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock condition.
