SMCP - Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot is seeking an Operations Associate to ensure smooth back-of-house operations in a Bloomingdale's Fashion Island store, Newport Beach, CA. You will manage merchandise intake, transfers, markdowns, and RTVs while supporting visual merchandising and stockroom efficiency.

The role emphasizes inventory control, floor readiness, and strong problem-solving for an exceptional customer experience. Flexible scheduling and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales support experience including POS, merchandising paperwork, cycle counts, and inventory management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work within established timelines.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Brand-appropriate personal presentation and strong communication with team and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Administrative & Merchandise Processing: check-in and processing of incoming merchandise, keep records.
• Visual Merchandising & Presentation: assist with floor sets, replenishment, and displays to reflect brand aesthetics.
• Asset Protection & Inventory Management: support shortage prevention, cycle counts, and safety protocols.
• Stockroom Organization & Efficiency: keep stockroom organized and optimize space.
• Sales Floor Support & Customer Service: assist with POS operations and greet customers on the floor.
