Job summary

SMCP North America is seeking a part-time Retail Operations Associate for Sandro at Desert Hills Premium Outlets in Cabazon, CA. The role focuses on back-of-house efficiency, inventory control, and supporting the sales floor to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will manage merchandise check-in, transfers, markdowns, RTVs, floor sets, replenishment, and visual standards while working within brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales support experience including POS and inventory management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual capabilities are a plus in key markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage check-in and processing of incoming merchandise.
• Coordinate store-to-store transfers.
• Oversee markdown management by updating pricing and reflecting changes on the floor.
• Process RTVs (Return to Vendor) efficiently.
• Assist with floor sets and moves, ensuring brand-aligned placement.
• Replenish merchandise to maintain product availability and fresh displays.
• Maintain visual standards with displays and signage.
