Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Part Time Retail Merchandise Manager in Danvers, MA to drive merchandising and operational execution. You will help manage truck processing, planogram sets, pricing accuracy, and in-stock readiness while leading teams and maintaining store standards.

You will support SOP adherence, provide MOD coverage, and coordinate inventory, signage, promotions, and backroom organization to ensure a customer-ready environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and implement SOPs and company programs.
• Strong focus on in-stock, planogram accuracy, and pricing integrity.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOP compliance and company programs.
• Provide MOD coverage, maintain service standards and operations.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and stock flow to floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee in-store inventory, replenishment, and shrink reduction initiatives.
• Manage planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Oversee ship-from-store, RTVs/ASN, and pricing changes.
