Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Manager for the BOS-DANVERS, MA area. You will drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards to ensure pricing accuracy and promotional execution.

You will provide MOD coverage, lead a team, and manage stock movement, in-stock levels, and store presentation to meet company standards. Nights/weekends may be required; strong planning is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive merchandising and store operations including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.
• Ensure accurate pricing and timely promotional execution, maintaining customer-ready store environment.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee truck execution, inventory controls, and Ship from Store fulfillment.
