You’ll promote new products, drive customer engagement, and oversee operations with a balance of autonomy and customer-first selling. This role emphasizes leadership and teamwork within a retail setting.

Formación

• 1–2 years of retail store management experience.
• Proven skills in communication, recruiting, operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising).
• Strong people development mindset and drive to develop peers.

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a strong store team.
