Lids Sports Group is seeking a part-time Assistant Store Manager in Florida to lead daily operations, oversee staff, and ensure outstanding customer service. You will drive sales, manage schedules, train teammates, and uphold merchandising standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Your role includes coaching employees, handling cash and POS processes, and promoting the Lids brand through excellent service and teamwork.

• Act as manager on duty when Store Manager is away.
