Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead at our Del Amo store in Torrance, CA. You will drive exceptional customer experiences, lead peers, and collaborate with a Store Manager to meet sales and service goals. The role requires energy, initiative, and comfort with a fast-paced environment.

You will train with the Customer Experience Playbook, engage customers on fabrics and fit, and support events, promotions, and community projects while maintaining store standards and safety.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to engage customers and work well with a team.
• Comfort with evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer interactions and deliver a best-in-class experience.
• Support Sales & Operations and report to Store Manager.
• Help train and coach team members on the Customer Experience Playbook.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with inventory as needed.
