As a cap-and-merchandising leader, you’ll drive sales, manage the customer journey, and ensure the store runs smoothly with a strong emphasis on teamwork and operational excellence.

• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Lead store associates through training programs and goal setting.
• Maintain store standards, merchandising, and daily operations.
• Schedule and staff the store, including peak periods.
• Recruit and train store personnel on procedures.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safe, secure operations.
• Open and close the store per policy.
