Job summary

PHOENIX is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate Keyholder for Irving Mall. You will support opening/closing tasks, assist customers, and help maintain a welcoming store environment. This role emphasizes excellent service, accurate checkout, and active participation in loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Performs opening and closing procedures such as balancing registers and activating security system
• Oversees checkout overrides as needed
• Maintains a clean and organized sales floor, fitting room, and stockroom
• Follows company policies and procedures to ensure safety of associates and customers
• Assists with product launch changes according to SOP
• Delivers on all aspects of the customer experience model
• Processes transactions quickly and accurately to reduce wait times
• Explains benefits of credit and loyalty programs to customers
