Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a part-time Meta Retail Specialist to manage a territory of retail displays. You’ll perform installations, refreshes, and minor repairs, while ensuring planogram compliance and on-brand presentation. Expect flexible hours with mileage and drive time paid per policy.

The role emphasizes independent work, basic tool use, and strong communication with store personnel. Training is provided; travel may be required for training and coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with display installations and merchandising preferred.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools and diagnosing display issues.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled service visits across an assigned route of retail locations per schedule.
• Complete work on time and minimize rescheduling.
• Diagnose and resolve display issues to maintain full functionality.
• Install, build, and refresh displays including fixturing and wiring.
• Handle ad-hoc service requests within 48–72-hour SLAs when required.
• Maintain POG compliance and brand standards across locations.
• Document service activity and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Perform merchandising tasks like inventory replenishment and pricing tags.
• Travel up to 30–60 miles with paid drive time and mileage.
• Travel 2–3 days for in-person training as needed.
