Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a Meta Retail Specialist to support a set territory of Meta retail displays on a part-time basis. You will handle maintenance, minor repairs, installations, and refreshes, plus merchandising tasks such as inventory replenishment and POG compliance.

The role is 19–26 hours per week, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a 6 pm finish. Mileage and drive time are paid, and several benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with display installations, merchandising, and planogram execution preferred.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools to maintain displays.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving display issues, including lighting components.
• Experience identifying and resolving electronic connectivity issues (cabling, power, components).
• Good verbal and written communication with store personnel and internal teams.
• Ability to manage a route, prioritize workload, and meet SLAs.
• Detail-oriented and organized, delivering quality work and customer service.
• Willingness to learn basic problem-solving with root-cause focus.
• Comfortable performing or learning troubleshooting, installation, and repair tasks across hardware and displays.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled service visits across an assigned route of retail locations, adhering to schedules and requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to maintain full display functionality.
• Perform installations, builds, and refreshes including fixtures, cabling, media players, and security components.
• Manage ad-hoc service requests within 48–72-hour SLAs as required.
• Ensure compliance with planograms, brand standards, and display requirements across locations.
• Identify root causes of recurring issues and implement lasting solutions.
• Document and report all service activity, outcomes, and insights on time.
• Perform merchandising tasks including inventory replenishment, POP placement, and pricing tags.
• Manage trunk stock inventory and ensure replacement parts availability.
• Build and maintain relationships with in-store personnel.
• Participate in team calls and field ride-alongs to support program success.
• Complete administrative tasks with scheduling and reporting.
• Adapt to evolving business needs and take on additional responsibilities.
• Maintain compliance with safety policies, training, certifications.
