Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a part‑time Meta Retail Specialist to service a pre‑defined route of retail displays. You will perform installations, refreshes, and routine merchandising, while ensuring brand standards and planograms are followed.

A basic toolkit and travel within the assigned market are required, with paid drive time and mileage per policy. The role supports flexible scheduling, 19–26 hours weekly, and potential weekend work with advance notice.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience with display installations, merchandising, and planogram execution preferred.
Comfortable using basic hand tools to maintain displays.
Experience diagnosing and resolving display issues (lighting, fixtures, buttons).
Experience identifying and resolving electronic/connectivity issues (cabling, power).

Responsibilities

Execute scheduled service visits across an assigned route, adhering to schedules and program requirements.
Complete work per established schedules with minimal rescheduling.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues to maintain display functionality.
Install, build, and refresh displays including fixtures and cabling.
Manage ad-hoc service requests within 48–72 hour SLAs.
Ensure planograms, brand standards, and display requirements are met.
Document and report service activity accurately and on time.
Perform merchandising tasks like inventory replenishment and pricing tag execution.
