Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a Meta Retail Specialist to service a defined route of retail locations on a part‑time basis. You will perform installations, refresh displays, maintain planograms, and manage inventory while ensuring on‑brand presentation.

The role involves routine maintenance, minor repairs, and merchandising tasks with paid drive time/mileage. Training is provided and you’ll work a flexible schedule with some travel required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with display installations, merchandising, and planogram execution preferred.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools to maintain displays.
• Experience or ability to diagnose and resolve physical display issues, including lighting and non‑functioning components.
• Experience or ability to identify and resolve basic electrical/connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled service visits across an assigned route, adhering to schedules and program requirements.
• Complete work according to schedules and minimize rescheduling.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to maintain display functionality.
• Install, build, and refresh fixtures, including wiring and components.
• Manage ad‑hoc service requests within standard SLAs (48–72 hours).
• Ensure planograms, brand standards, and display requirements across locations.
