Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a Meta Retail Specialist to support a designated retail territory on a part-time basis. You will perform installations, repairs, and ongoing merchandising while adhering to program schedules and brand standards.

You will travel up to 30–60 miles per assignment, document outcomes, and complete administrative tasks with accuracy. It’s a hands-on role requiring basic tools and the ability to work independently on a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with display installations, merchandising, and planogram execution preferred.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools to maintain displays.
• Experience or aptitude for diagnosing and resolving physical display issues, including lighting components, fixtures, and non-functioning buttons.
• Experience or aptitude for identifying and resolving basic electronic and connectivity issues, including cabling, power, and component integration.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled service visits across an assigned route of retail locations.
• Complete work according to established schedules and minimize rescheduling.
• Diagnose and resolve display issues to maintain full functionality.
• Install, build, and refresh displays, including fixtures and media players.
• Manage ad-hoc service requests within 48–72-hour SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with planograms and brand standards.
• Document service activity and outcomes on time.
• Merchandising tasks including inventory replenishment and POP placement.
• Maintain trunk stock inventory for replacement parts and first-time fix success.
• Build relationships with in-store personnel.
• Participate in team calls and client interactions as required.
• Complete administrative tasks with scheduling and same-day reporting.
