Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a Meta Retail Specialist to support a territory of Meta retail displays on a part-time schedule, performing routine maintenance, minor repairs, installations and refreshes, along with core merchandising tasks like inventory replenishment and POG compliance. This role emphasizes independent work with basic hand tools, following manufacturer standards to keep displays on-brand.

The position offers 19-26 hours per week with a Monday-Friday schedule, and includes paid

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with display installations and planogram execution preferred.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools to maintain displays.
• Ability to read POG schematics and wiring diagrams (training provided).
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled service visits across an assigned route of retail locations, adhering to established schedules and program requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve issues to maintain full functionality of displays.
• Installations, builds, and refreshes including fixturing, cabling, media players, and security components.
• Document and report service activity, outcomes, and insights on time.
• Merchandise tasks including inventory replenishment and pricing/fact tag execution.
