Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support a high-traffic store environment. You will assist customers, manage transactions, and maintain a secure cash environment while delivering a clean, organized shopping space.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or service industry experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret procedures.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
