Family Dollar seeks a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, protect assets, stock shelves, and help unload merchandise while maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

The role requires strong service, organization, and communication skills with a high school diploma preferred and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Part-time hours and team collaboration are involved.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail or related customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and handle frequent movement and walking.
• Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep store stocked and recover merchandise as needed.
• Receive merchandise and assist unloading; stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, respectful store environment.
• Clean and restock bathrooms; sweep and mop floors; manage trash.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
