Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and maintain store cleanliness. The role includes stocking, receiving merchandise, and supporting unloads from trucks while staying friendly and professional.

Qualifications include a high school diploma (or equivalent) and prior customer service in retail or related fields. Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and aid unloading trucks; stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment.
• Clean and restock store facilities; keep areas neat and presentable.
• Other duties as assigned.
