Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate II to help run store operations, assist customers, and support front-end duties. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting with or without accommodation.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.
• High level of integrity required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight in a safe manner.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintaining cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash areas.
• Ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Managing sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
