Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is looking for a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations in a fast-paced retail setting. You will assist with merchandising, stock, and front-end duties while maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment for customers and teammates.

You will handle transactions, protect assets, and contribute to a positive, safe workplace. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lift and move items as part of daily

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight in a safe manner in accordance with productivity standards.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Assisting with cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable.
• Managing sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
