Job summary

Family Dollar LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

The role requires strong customer service, organization, and communication skills, with physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Part-time schedule in a retail environment in Hettinger, ND.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe and respectful environment with staff and customers.
• Ensure store cleanliness: restrooms, floors, trash, and overall neatness.
• Other duties as assigned.
