Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in Cumberland, KY, to help deliver a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and maintain a clean, well-stocked store environment.

Responsibilities include unloading merchandise, restocking shelves, and ensuring safety and friendliness in daily interactions with customers and team members. Prior retail or service experience is preferred, with physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, and bending.
