Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or grocery environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Stock shelves and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks per productivity standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
